Theory and practical health and safety knowledge acquired.

I had a great time in understanding,it was well explained.we had time to demonstrate our skills and asking questions.we were given time for break.we were given time to discuss as groups and working together.

The trainer delivered information in a professional way. She was very articulate. The learning environment was condusive. Demonstrations were done excellently. More practical examples were given to make me understand the real situation that i might come across in the field.
