The trainer was very interesting and the training held my attention. I felt that I learnt more than in any other mandatory training that I have done.
We were a small group of 5 but 2/3 of us were CPR professional who were doing ILS on daily basis and were doing it every day. One of them particularly was able to answer almost all questions before the rest of us could even understand the question asked. This made it very difficult to learn much.
I learned more about dementia and delirium. More about mental capacity as well. And to stepping in the world of the person will dementia.
Excellent course. Very informative and helpful.
I had an amazing day, it was a learning, participating, and practical class. Everyone was proactive and contributing positively.
