I enjoyed the studies today. It was most interesting and I learnt quite a lot. I was quite happy to actually find that you had a tutor who was a person of colour that was great and he was a brilliant tutor. Can’t remember his name though begins with SHa he taught us from the Crown Plaza in Nottingham.

Great venue with available coffee and nice environment. Good training, but with lots of notes that are not fitting in the allocated time. I like that the trainer is strict with times and that the course is not disturbed all the time

Very informative and practical content very useful

The facilitator was knowledgeable, non-judgemental , friendly and was patient. The venue was very clean and warm, quiet and good enough for training, snacks were available for all.
