The trainer was very professional and knowledgeable he took time to explain and give examples to make sure that we understood each topic overall we had a very good training day.
Kevin is brilliant and fun! He has is very engaging and his training approach keeps people alert. The theory element of the training was very informative however, I did not learn how to fully use a slide sheet, how to prepare a hoist and I have never used a hoist before. I still do not know how to use a hoist and what is the appropriate way to place slide sheets and move a patient.
This wasn’t easy for me as I had to do third time to pass this training. By reading the questions and answering I gained more confidence in this training.
