The venue is good and easy to access but the hall in which we had the training was freezing as at the start of the training and it was unbearable, it was after we complained that the heating was turned on

Stave is very good ha gave training very good overall I leaning so many things. So thank you Stave .

Couldn't have wished for a better trainer! The trainer was so knowledgeable, engaging, sensitive and respectful in the course of imparting highly valuable updated information. As a participant, I felt enlightened, particularly with reference to current legislation governing our practice; all of which we absolutely needed to know! I will not only reflect on the days' learning, but critically consider how best I can apply my knowledge in order to improve the experience of people in receipt of our care.
