It might help to let the agency or an individual booking the course that this is a "refresher course" only, as there are staff coming in as their first time doong the trainings.

Overall I enjoyed the course and got a lot of information from it. As I am a visual and kinaesthetic learner the first day was difficult for me as this was mainly talking with little in the way of group discussion or activities. The second day was much more hands-on. There was confusion over the use of USB devices as we were not informed that we should have bought our own laptops just that the presentation should be on a USB drive. I have also asked, on several occasions, about purchasing the resource pack that is available but have had no joy with this.
