Gained more confidence as I saw many equipments for the first time and I am happy.

Venue very cold. Heating was on but not working properly. Trainer thought GDPR but she threw confidential paper details of partipants in an open food waste bin. I picked up the confidential information from the bin and gave it to the trainer and she discarded it properly.

Was a really good day of training. Unfortunately training ran over which affected the demeanour of some individuals and as such the energy in the room.

Conveniently located with parking space and nice cosy rooms and clean restrooms .The refreshments side needs improving as tea/coffee was served during tea break however it was a long day and by noon the was no hot drink and some attendees felt cold
