Was really good very clear nice man

Venue: Venue was clean and tidy however toilets were on the bottom floor. In addition to this the trainers had to provide our refreshments on the second day as this was not provided by the venue. We often would have the refreshments taken away at lunch time. Trainer and course: The course was great, so easy to follow and learn with the focus of primary knowledge and deescalation at the forefront of the training. It was brilliant that both trainers have a wealth of experience in the industry and in care, teaching high levels of care and practise. Would recommend to everyone and really enjoyed my three days with the health and safety group.

Good session

The venue is not clean , parking nearby is very expensive and hard to locate. The refreshments are limited as they removed them from us by 1pm yet we still has our tea and coffee allocated
