An excellent engaging day, good use of clinical scenarios and current cases to reinforce the message. Kevin demonstrated diverse knowledge base. very engaging to the different skill mix. I really enjoyed my course today. Yannek was exceptionally brilliant, explained well where I didn't understand or had a question. He was very patient with me even after I asked so many questions. I thought I was going to struggle keeping alert with the heat wave, but to my surprise I didn't struggle at all and this is due to Yannek's ability of making the Course interesting and at the same time stuck to the main job at hand, teaching us the course. I hope next time I have the training, I will be blessed enough to have him as our Trainer. Really enjoyed the day and thank you for your dedication Yannek.
