I'm so happy for the courses and wanted to do others courses for the future

Thorough, methodical and practical

The room was quite stuffy and not ambient temperature. The course was current , numbers were high that did present time constraints .

No handouts

Very well delivered course by Benjamin. Would be more effective only with smaller groups and more time for physical practice.

Really good training. Generic materials related a lot to manual handling of older people and we needed to think about how to relate this to our pupils which we could do.
