Very detailed in each explanation and went above and beyond to make sure each part was understood and was accurately asked questions to make sure each person understood what we were being thought and engaging in the session

The trainer was engaging throughout the training. However, the zoom played up few times but it might be on my side probably due to the WiFi dropping at times. Overall I enjoyed and learnt new things about Safeguarding Children and adults.
