Only x1 set of drinks hot water provided all day. No handwash in the ladies toilets despite asking on several occasions. Staff directed to the wrong training room.

Very useful and successfully training sessions. Options for knowledge growth and development. Clarification given when required and adaptable for new information provided on the day, regarding the young person's changing condition.

Informative and useful to go through all the medical support potentially needed during a care situation, particularly the emergency care. Thanks Sharon
