Deceptive simple but good. A critic would say the content could have been delivered on 2 slides and a zoom call. How much did it cost? In reality the value add was in doing it live with feedback. The very clear feedback on what was good and what could be improved. Was also good to be doing it as a small group - able to see others and critique.

It would have been good to spend little longer practicing the delivery. It’s made me listen to interviews differently and consider how the interviewee could have improved things based in what we covered. Really helpful. The small groups made it less intimidating. I would definitely recommend it.
