Absolute critical skills required for any senior manager

The training was very useful for learning how to speak with more confidence, how to engage a variety of audiences and deal with difficult/controversial questions. We were able to gain experience in print, radio and TV, which were all very different and require various skills.

Elisa was great. I much preferred the face to face sessions to the online ones. I feel like those 2 sessions (total of 2 hours) could have been consolidated into one 45 minute session. Overall, I feel like the course was useful in helping me improve the content and delivery of presentations
