A great course building throughout the day from prep of key message, top tips, to soundbites, print media,radio then tv

A well structured course covering considerations and techniques on how to interact with people in challenging situations and keep yourself calm and on message. The course focused on theory and discussion but had limited practical aspects
Good opportunity to try and test the real exposure to the media
