Presentation focused on impact and key messages
I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5. I feel like more direct feedback (mostly negative) would have been beneficial
It is quite helpful but I think that the objectives and the focus should be more clear at the start of the day to take the best out of it. If you keep changing you target along the day, you might lose confidence instead of gaining it
A useful overview that identified areas to improve on, but tips and techniques in how to instigate change could be a good additional element to add. This will likely require a longer session. The trainer was helpful to identifier these areas for improvement and provided a good training session. The video play back was also a useful feature allowing you to really identify specific areas to improve on.
The first and last sessions were fantastic as they were in person, struggled with the one 2 one element via Zoom. Think you could condense into three in person meetings.
An excellent course delivered by experts, whose people skills were exemplary.
