My key take away was that I knew my work u the course helped/is continuing to help my with my messaging to the public at large.

Elisa was great. I much preferred the face to face sessions to the online ones. I feel like those 2 sessions (total of 2 hours) could have been consolidated into one 45 minute session. Overall, I feel like the course was useful in helping me improve the content and delivery of presentations

Good informative guide to all of social media, with good insights into more technical matters, clearly presented.

Really good tips to keep improve delivery. I thought the course was going to also be help on general communication with my team day to day, but none the less found the course useful

The content and workshop was well organized and to the point so would recommend. If there was more time, I would like more continuous support (like 2-3 more opportunities to practice and get feedback).

It is a good brief intro course. I would be keen yo know more about a more thorough course that takes advantage of the facilitator experience as a media expert.

Might make you slightly uncomfortable but this is helpful.

This training gives us the tools to start presenting. There’s an opportunity to present for a minute during the course to understand our baseline and build from there
