I booked onto the course the day before and the online coordinators were great with assisting me with the payment method even though it was outside of working hours.

Enjoyable day, learned some very useful skills within functions I already use but not to their fullest potential

I think it would be helpful to have one excel document with all the training materials - we moved between two workbooks a lot.

Rudy, was an excellent teacher and provided extra work to keep me challenged while the rest of my colleagues were finishing the original task. He was good at helping everyone all at the same time. Very impressive! Better than most of my university lecturers!
