i put 3 stars for clearness because i did not have headphones and at times could not hear what was being said fully

I will certainly be using tools gained from todays training, the only feedback for improvement would be for it to be more number orientated, the only reason for this would be that 99% of our checks are number.

I found this workshop really useful. It was very interactive and the trainer was very knowledgeable and had lots of tips on how to improve approach to written communication that I can use in my work going forward.

Logically accuracy should be common sense, but it does take work as demonstrated by course. Some useful ways of looking at it, and improving on daily tasks.
