The course was amusing, informative and interactive to keep us engaged and thinking through out the course.

The course helped to pick up on how easily I can make mistakes. Helped develop new methods in transferring data with the use of splitting up digits into 3 and using the rhythm when saying numbers. I also noticed faster pace of work with numbers rather than letters and words.

Karen made the training relevant for everyone's roles which was great.

I feel as if this will help me with my work the most, ensuring I get the benefit of obtain better information while asking questions needed and writing documentation as this is a core element to my work practice.

The course highlighted that alphanumerical data is a weak point of mine when transferring data, which is a data type we work with a lot (diagram numbers and head codes)
