Really enjoyed the course, trainer was very engaging and the course had been planned and executed amazingly. would 100% recommend to colleagues etc.

The course delivered effectively and maintained the groups interest throughout.

I thought the trainer was excellent, can not fault him at all. However, I did find the learning exercises repetitive at times which made me lose concentration on what we were learning.

I really liked the practical side of it the course, actually putting the techniques into practice as the session went on rather than one big assessment at the end. Pre and post course assessments are a great idea also!

Exercises, although beneficial, felt repetitive and tedious after a while, making concentration and attention levels difficult to maintain

The course was amusing, informative and interactive to keep us engaged and thinking through out the course.

The course helped to pick up on how easily I can make mistakes. Helped develop new methods in transferring data with the use of splitting up digits into 3 and using the rhythm when saying numbers. I also noticed faster pace of work with numbers rather than letters and words.

Very good trainer and a lot of useful content to take forward.

There wasn’t a lot of overlap with what I do day to day in my role however, some tips and tricks I will be able to carry over to my work.
