Malc is a very informative tutor and helpful when providing feedback and ways to overcome challenges.

It was interesting learning the different ways to be more accurate in written communications and how to apply techniques in our everyday roles.

I enjoyed the new way of looking at how to check my work. Breaking the process down into the 3 E’s was very helpful! 😃
