The course was useful thank you, just to make us think. The biggest area I feel where errors occur is over time when you feel time pressured and it was interesting that when you have a timer on, at the start of the training I felt pressured and got errors, but at the end I got quicker and this did not happen. I think this is the same in the working environment. There is pressure to have work done at a certain time.

An enjoyable course, the tech worked well and there was a good level of engagement. Going into breakout groups worked well.

Overall, I enjoyed the course and the interactive sessions were great. It is difficult to get a rapport between participants when the course is delivered on ZOOM. I imagine that it is more effective in person. Difficult for Greg F to get engagement from participants when online

Good course highlighting strategies to improve accuracy. Potentially could be shortened, for example by reducing some tasks that are repeating the skill. Timing quite good, but potentially even nearer to mid-month better, as end of month can be manic and backlog needs clearing early in following month. Some months quieter than others.

The listening part may cause more issues with Signaller’s and railway staff Questioning standards etc

Just felt the course could l have been completed in 1 day perhaps if we were sent the assessment t do on our own.

There were some elements that I though could be shorter: Some of the group discussions commenting on telephone calls

Needed to be more relatable, and relevant

Fun and interactive session, everyone had an opportunity to contribute to group discussion.
