The training is good the bulk of it gets to the point. There is a lot of assessments to be completed, however this is understandable as practice makes perfect.

I have worked in offices 15 years so quite happy with my level of accuracy. Did not learn anything new. Also think it's a quite black and white way of looking how to do things. Everyone's does things differently, and what works for them, not just what works for the course provider.

Reminded me that to review your work before sending, save yourself a data breach. Focus on 1 task at a time, avoid distractions where possible.
