I found the course very valuable. Spreading over two days was essential for me so that I could undertake taks around it without being distracted. I could be 'present' in both sessions. I am a lone worker for 3 parish councils and just stepping away, being able to take time to think of my routines has highlighted areas I really must change to enable me to stay in the sector and balance my working processes.

I never realised accuracy could be so interesting and engaging and many of the techniques I had never thought of before.
