Course should be mandatory for all especially new employees but also employees with long service to get out of habits you might have got into

The course was very good, and the course leader, Greg, did an excellent job of keeping the class engaged. He explained concepts clearly and created a comfortable environment for the group. Breaking us into smaller groups was particularly useful, as it allowed us to share our thoughts and ideas with our peers. I found this helpful because I could hear perspectives I hadn’t considered, and vice versa. The content of the course was very relevant to challenges I’ve faced at work, and the tools and teaching provided have left me feeling much more confident. The skills I gained are directly transferable to my workplace.

It was excellent and Chris was a very engaging teacher. He captivated us by introducing humour and showed great flare whilst delivering the training. The training itself was insightful and helped me to reflect on how I work and how I should approach work.

I would suggest a little more of participant engagement

I really enjoyed the training. I previously attended the ‘developing an eye for accuracy’ workshop and found this one even more useful. I enjoyed the mix of written and numerical data accuracy and will use this in my future work.

Chris Poots was a very enthusiastic trainer. He made the topic interesting and got everyone working as a team. His use of personal experience also worked well as it shows that everyone has has issues with accuracy at some point it is how you rectify them and ways to improve in the future that matter
