This was a fantastic course which taught me a great deal about how to communicate appropriately with people and how to deal with a wide variety of difficult situations.

The course was delivered in a friendly way, and the content was extremely useful. I found it went at a nice pace and didn't feel overwhelming. It was also a great way to bring our team together.

I cannot rate the training that Diane offers just highly enough! The training is designed to take you out of your comfort zone and the involved tasks and weekly presentations certainly do this. Group participation is excellent and really helps every person in the training to come out of their shell, I have witnessed the most sceptical people change in this training and understand just how it can help you professionally and personally.
