It was a useful course, it does bring home the real life skills we need in court.
The course was informative and well-delivered however the run up to the day proved quite challenging. There were a great many communications sent from the team which caused confusion among the attendees (at one point there were three different start times and three different calendar invites floating around). I would suggest trying to improve this in future.
Great combination of delivering information and group discussions really enhanced my knowledge understanding and application to practice of issues relating to MCA and DoLS.

So good to have facilitation by an outside provider, all to often in house facilitation is clearly reading from a script with no life experience or technical knowledge of the subject matter.
The courtroom training course by Kelly was informative and interactive. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to develop their courtroom skills and knowledge.
