Excellent trainer!

I knew a lot of the areas that we covered but it was great to get confirmation that what I am doing is correct and understand in more detail, other areas that I don't deal with as often. David, Penelope and Mariana were very knowledgeable and it was great to hear examples from David about his case numbers over his years of experience.

Great course - enjoyed the activities and found it very useful. Made me reflect on the way I work currently and can evolve/improve going forward.

This was the most relevant and enjoyable session, although they've all been excellent.
