Really good session. Nicholas was very engaging and made us question everything and was clear with his guidance. Interesting and useful to review real life letters from our Trust. Could have spent more time dissecting these as it was really useful to put earlier discussions into context

A good informative study day - the facilitator was a useful resource, being a practising midwife and also with her legal knowledge

A knowledgeable tutor and well delivered course, that maintained interest throughout the session. I scored this lower under course materials as few were used. I also recognise this was a condensed session, so we may not have experienced the full range of what is offered in a longer course.

Trainer excellent makes what is essentially a dull subject (sorry) in to something interesting and fascinating and dare I say it fun. Loved the excercises this really leans into my learning style
