I found the whole course very insightful and engaging. It has greatly increased my confidence in chairing meetings and provided me with practical skills that I can apply in my role.

This course gave me such an insight into interview techniques and do and donts. Jim was excellent at delivering this course and I hope to see him again- he explained everything clearly and kept the course interesting from start to finish

Jim was a brilliant teacher and brought fantastic enthusiasm as if it were the first time he had taught the content. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding and I feel very lucky to have had Jim lead this course.

Overall i enjoyed the course and found it very informative and helpful especially as someone who has recently been promoted into a checking officer grade who has never had to draft a warrant application themselves. It has given me confidence in what I will be saying to trainees etc when providing comments and feedback.

Another great day. Nick as ever was engaging and informative.

Despite 25 years service, and lots of scenarios faces, i still got a lot from the session, and found it both enjoyable and beneficial.
