Brilliant trainers, really engaging and helped with lots of anecdotes which help bring the information to life. I’ve really enjoyed the course. Rhonda has a wealth of knowledge.

If there is anything I would comment on, it is the Breaks. They are too short for such a heavy course. They need to be increased. It's helpful to take a break every hour after a session.

An excellent course delivered by highly knowledgeable trainers. It provided a valuable opportunity to refresh and enhance my supervision skills, while also deepening my understanding in key areas that I’ll be applying in practice. I particularly appreciated the interactive format and the chance to train alongside colleagues from other Trusts and agencies in similar roles. I would highly recommend this course to others.
