My one suggestion would be that we would have been provided with the case scenarios prior to the training, however that was no reflection on the Trainer who was excellent

The training was quite educative and engaging. It reinforced prior knowledge on negotiation as well introduced new perspectives especially as it concerns our customer. Generally, it was an enjoyable experience.

Really good. I thought two days on rules and procedure would be quite dry but it was delivered very well and was very engaging.
