course was really helpful and answered my questions and concerns i had about file preparation. the forms and showing the national standards and best practice was particularly helpful.

Excellent trainer, Colin was very knowledgeable and was conscious of everyone's varying experience levels It's a dry subject not going to lie but Colin made sure it was still engaging and understandable, and the importance of it was definitely conveyed.

Despite my previous experience I have really enjoyed this course. I believe Jim has aimed it at the correct level for those with little or no previous experience and those very experienced. His manner, approach and tone kept everyone engaged throughout the 2 days. It has been a great refresher with some areas new to me and updates that are very relevant.

A really engaging & informative session without the fear of interrogation! which aided learning, space to identify gaps & potential risks in your own analytical approach, whilst learning alternative approaches from others.
