It is difficult to recreate the hearing process but the trainer had a good understanding of our day to day experience of court.

Liane was great, she was engaging and funny and made the topic interesting. There was a lot of collaboration within the team and exercises so it never felt like we were sat there just listening and reading and there was never a moment where I felt it was boring or I was zoning out.

Overall Stephanie was very knowledgeable, was able to show the gold class version and variations between different court settings and adapt the course to our organisations needs.
