Understand the importance of recording&and documentation

The training helped widened my knowledge about nursing notes. How far can these note reach. Consequences if not appropriately recorded

Richard was superb, kept the same level of energy and interest for the whole day. Great with answering all the questions and giving every answer plenty of time. Nothing felt rushed.

The course was interesting and presented in a clear manner. I am now considering continuing with further training. I feel I need to get going with a few more reports and then consider the next steps. I have more confidence to continue now.
