I think the course could be improved with videos showing good and bad technique when faced with different challenges on cross examination. The role playing is fine, but not everyone can participate. And model behaviour would be best demonstrated with examples that can be observed.

Very interesting and insightful.

I think there should be some more focus on the role of the obstetrician in this topic as well. It would have been more applicable to involve an obstetrican with expertise in counselling to take on the parts that will focus on the osbtetric colleagues

Overall, the session was informative and useful. The content was clearly explained, and the examples provided helped reinforce the key principles of producing accurate, structured, and legally compliant statements and reports. The trainer delivered the material well, and the guidance on best practice will be beneficial in improving the quality and clarity of my written work.

Enjoyable, informative and thought provoking

A really informative course, I have learnt a lot and now just need to practice with some interviews to gain experience. Jim was great, it is hard undertaking such extensive online training and he did a great job of keeping us engaged.

As already mentioned the tutor and course content were excellent. Only a small snippet of what to expect in a court scenario. I have learnt a lot from the course and have a lot of learning points.
