A brilliant course! So informative, interactive and interesting. I started with no knowledge at all and have ended the session feeling empowered to understand the process, the purpose for it and what to expect when attending. Neil was just amazing, he made the training so relaxed, fun and open to discussion- his enthusiasm and knowledge shines through. I have already recommended to colleagues and would love to attend further training with Neil.
