I though that the course was great for people who have not had training recently, but as I have had high level interview training recently I felt that it was less useful for me personally. However, it was good for me to see how everyone else performed, as I like to learn from other colleagues. I felt that some of the training was a little dated, and would benefit from some current theories of interviewing.

I’ve attended several of Paul’s sessions and found them consistently useful and well-paced. His delivery is clear, and he keeps things engaging without overcomplicating the topics and also shares helpful suggestions for further reading/information, if you're interested. His approach encourages participation and makes it easy to stay focused and involved, even during end-of-day sessions, which can be a challenge!

The Bond Solon course on Report Writing for SAR and DH, provided a clear and structured approach to producing high quality reports for Safeguarding Adult Reviews and Domestic Homicide Reviews. The training enhanced my confidence in articulating complex information with precision, ensuring reports are legally sound, evidence based and professionally presented. It offered practical tools for structuring narratives, analysing risk and maintaining objectivity. Valuable course.
