I felt the content was weighted too much to statement taking than toward report writing skills and, in my role, improving my report writing skills is really critical. I was already aware of the 5 part model and have used it previously so that element, although interesting, was just really a refresher. I would have found the day more useful if there had been greater coverage of report writing skills.
A very good course in statement writing and basic report writing professionally delivered. The requirement was more for report writing - but I believe that this is an NCA issue at the point of booking the course rather than a Bond Solon/trainer issue.
Thank you for a great session; I found it engaging and informative. It has encouraged me to think more about how I can become more influential. I enjoyed meeting new people within the FCA and hearing their perspectives. I’ll definitely apply some of the key tips I learned. You were an excellent host—very approachable and likeable . Further information was very beneficial however given that I'm not involved in funding relevance is not necessarily part of my role and more relevant to social workers, nurse assessors within our area Trainer however was excellent and content was great

Could really have done with this having been the all day event that it was originally billed as and it did seem a little bit rushed but perhaps that was just me wanting more in depth content to equip me better?
