Great course, learnt a lot. Instructors very knowledgeable.
The trainer Jim was excellent bringing the subject to life. He explained all matters in a manner that was easy to understand. Very professional with a great delivery style. Used real example to aid learning. Facilitated effective group / individual engagement
Only issue is that the final day having multiple people go over the court room scenario again and again and is a little repetitious and you don't learn that much after the first few. Obviously it's good for each individual to practice getting questioned though
Really enjoyed the afternoon and look forward to implementing creative thinking into my work day
Very much enjoyed the session. Some elements repeated themselves from a previous recent course, but always good to top up
