Really enjoyed the last two days, and the course overall. Have found learning about the PEACE model really helpful as it will give a clear structure for future investigations.
Very good insight of what to expect for the BIA course
in regards to thoroughly understanding the responsibilities of a BIA i shall be exploring further as it does usually take slightly longer to digest such a level of written information. I've gained a little knowledge which is a great start.
A much better understanding of the BIA role for me to consider many issues before fully committing to the course and future role.
Fantastic course again, delivered expertly by Richard. The role play element was particularly useful in bringing the learning together. One of the best courses / trainers I've done
Excellent performance by the Role player (Dave) also, really brought the character to life in a way which caught me off guard initially. Really got the sense that the trainers know the subject matter inside out.
Well delivered course. Easy to isolate the main learning points.
Excellent course which has definitely up skilled me for investigations and interviewing
Very informative to enable decision on whether will undertake the BIA training
