Best training I have done in ages

It was very beneficial and confidence building - It was beneficial how Richard put the tips into context with his experience, made it easier to understand and very interesting

Richard was amazing, so engaging & kept my interest throughout the whole 2 days. The stories and examples he gave were brilliant & he was so easy to listen to. The practical day of being questioned was great to have that first hand experience and get feedback. I have learnt so much & couldn’t recommend this training & Richard enough!!

I was very happy with the trainer, I feel he has been very helpful, he has supported throughout and has made the course very interesting. I have found the training very informative and interesting.

Prior to starting the course, I would say that I was not very confident with legal literacy, however the course has been so relevant to me and I am hopeful, I will get better as BIA. Materials provided and recommended reading materials were great and very helpful to develop as a BIA. I can't thank Max enough as his delivery and explanations were so on point to make the daunting course as most of saw it on day one, so easy as the days progressed.
