Course content was well-judged and trainer had a clear understanding of the subject matter. Although there were times when she was not fully aware of our work, that is more due to the niche area in which we operate and Liane was able to drew out key points and suggestions of how they would apply to our operations and partner agencies. Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant

The four days training was very intense and covers a lot of information. I did find it difficult with this being virtual for personal reasons but I thoroughly enjoyed the training. Sue was amazing and it is evident that she knows her stuff and is able to relay the information in a way that is easy to understand despite the complexity of the BIA role.
