The course has built my knowlege and confidence whilst leading on investigations and interviews.
I really enjoyed this - for a whole day course it went well and was engaging all the way through.

Max was very thorough and the way he explained case law, and was wayy better than most my university lecturers. Major thank you to Max! I am more confident in knowing what the BIA course entails and the training was really good at explaining this in detail. I now know what the difference between community DolS and an actual DoLS. The way the trainer explained case law and legislation was easy to understand.
