A very good course, could possibly use a few more scenarios to engage the trainees and really bottom out their understanding of the subject. I really enjoyed the course.

i havent done a confiscation case as of yet and this has helped me put the legislation into scenarios and how the schedules work in a hmrc confiscation case. i possibly may have been asked to come on this course too soon as i only took the initial course before xmas therefore i had no examples to contribute. Therefore this course will definatley suit me again further down the line. However by listening to the trainer and putting the case studies in and her experience it allowed me to concentrate on the hmrc proceedings rather than police that were on the course.

a good course and brings in the skills required for undertaking an expert appearance in court. Along with the prequel course, it works very nicely, especially as I did them back-to-back
