Useful course. Case Studies were a bit Dry and would prefer face to face to get more out of the trainer's experiance

Alister Turtle was extremely professional and afforded time for questions and provided real-world relevancy to explanations that were given. I have been fortunate to attend a variety of training courses (by different training providers) throughout my career, I can comfortably say that the Law and Enforcement course proved to be an excellent, all-round experience.

Trainer knowledgeable about the requirements and general nuances of clinical documentation. Relevant teaching with great insight into the legal side and coroner involvement which all healthcare professionals should be aware of.

As a new joiner to HCPC, the course provided me with a good insight into best practice when dealing with and responding to complaints. Prior to the course, my previous role required me respond to many complaints from prisoners, however there was no training on how to do this. As a result, i obtained my training whilst on the job from the many that was received. This was a good insight into the standard that we should be doing.

Overall, an excellent course that was superbly delivered. Trainer had an excellent presentation style and was very knowledgeable with excellent real life examples.

for my roles as an inspector this will help with the process of gathering evidence etc from the very start of finding a non compliance. also will be able to share what i have learned with my team.
