It was lovely to have so many different professionals from all over the country, I was able to learn a lot from them as well as Meena. Meena was so knowledgeable and very easy to understand.

Best training I have done in a long time. Really enjoyed the course content and the different methods such as break out rooms and case studies to break it up and have professional discussion and learning. A really good lunch break and coffee breaks to enable to focus and learn. Great resources and copy of slides so I could focus on listening to the trainer. Excellent, thank you.

Where my role is concerned, the purpose of the course is to upskill dispute resolution throughout the council, and HR to assign potential disputes to us. A General view is required, so the question isn't required.

Susie was excellent and made the subject very interesting as the subject could have been dry. It was very evident that she knew her stuff! Susie answered all my questions. I really enjoyed this session and it put the meat on the bones that I was missing. I wish I had this training before I started work in the Irish system.

Fantastically executed training, and very well communicated Wasn't much toward my role but we are too broad an organisation for that to be possible in my opinion, the generalisations were adequate

Really well delivered course, with a good balance of delivering materials-breakout room questions and breaks. Only improvement would be to make the course materials with less solid colour pages as it uses a lot of ink to print.
