Very interesting and informative course with a great mix of tutor led / student led activities both as an individual and as part of a group. Topics and activities generated great conversations.

Course was great, thought it would be overwhelming but wasn't at all, we took regular breaks and had free conversations, it was nice to work with new people within our group as well. Ren was lovely, very helpful and influential. Answered every question and listened to everyone's views, easy to talk to so made the day (especially being a Friday) go relatively quickly and stress free.

Kelly was an excellent trainer - she took time to understand our needs, skills and experience and tailored the course accordingly. It was pitched at the right level for all, I felt, and she facilitated the learning and directed course content/discussion in a way that really benefited us all and kept us fully engaged.

There is a fantastic blend of presentation and talking to the trainees. You didn't rely on the slides and used your experience to engage with the audience. Good blend of personal experiences to bolster your points. Really felt like you knew what you were talking about and that you were wiling to part with that experience to better all of our techniques. Role play is always difficult, but for this training I found it really useful to show how to engage with your suspect and witness.
