Very useful training

A good, well delivered course which helped to reinforce the importance of good record keeping in healthcare. It also provided us with a record keeping assessment criteria, which will be helpful in improving my own record keeping

Jim is clearly very experienced in his field, and was able to use that experience to engage the cohort and deliver interesting, effective and practical training. Really enjoyed the two day session, and would recommend for anyone who is interesting in developing their awareness and techniques for interviewing.

The training materials were supplied to me electronically, I would have preferred to have paper copies for ease of reference.

Liane was an excellent tutor, really engaged everyone in the room and made it a really enjoyable session. Some of the content is not clear how it relates to the assignments from the manual.
