Very informative session Trainer was very knowledgeable and kept the day interesting/engaging

The trainer had extensive knowledge, had a confident and engaging delivery style. The training was pitched at the right level and the examples used were really helpful in allowing participants to apply powers and key points to real life cases and to make sure nothing gets missed in preparation of s16 POCA statements.

The trainer was good and she made going to court look and sound interesting and not intimidating even for us who have not yet been to court. She was engaging and from today's sessions I now know what to write on my SWET and how to conduct myself in court.

This training is crucial for anyone who is required to attend court as part of their role and should be offered out to not only social workers but all workers that are involved with working with families within Children Services. The trainer was excellent and so knowledgeable in her field and she was able to help the group understand with ease the process of court. Thoroughly enjoyed the course, best training I have attended in a long while. Thank you
