Very interesting lecture. Related it to digital forensics and it was interesting to hear how our reports would relate from a lawyers perspective, by both defense and prosecution. I feel a lot more confident in writing a report and having a checklist from Bond Solon will be very useful for our expert witness report writing module for our degree

Very useful introduction to negotiation. Lots of frameworks and approaches I had not heard of before and threads to pull on to do more learning/reading and build on (Thomas-Kilmann, Patrick Forsyth, Tim Hindle, Cathy Birch). As well as taking a step back and making me think about the preparation and the approach I take to a negotiation.
Richard was so helpful, thank you so much for taking the time to come in! The students really enjoyed the course and I was so grateful to Richard for taking the time to answer questions that they had.
