Really useful course

The course presenter was very personable and engaging. He made it an informative but also enjoyable day and I feel more confident in my skills having attended.

I think the course is extremely helpful and the exercises really provide a first hand experience of doing this work and looking at reports to think about what works well and what works less well. I think it would have been difficult for Nick to be specific about peoples individual roles / professions - but from the perspective as an expert witness - I think it was very clear and helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day. Informative and will change the way I work. Lots of valuable information to take back to employer to consider revisions of in-house templates. Nick was a super presenter. I was engaged throughout the entire session. Thank you.

Well delivered and trainer handled well the admin issues in the first few minutes

The exercise involving reading a report on a subject alien to my own knowledge was extremely helpful as it clearly demonstrated the importance of a simple but well-structured layout. To be faced with a lengthy document can be overwhelming, so the importance of the executive summary, conclusions and opinion could not have been better demonstrated. This can then lead to more detailed reading in the body of the report.
