Not a lot about safeguarding, mainly focused on supervision, but very good to support supervision and staff support skills, focused on wellbeing and performance improvement

Good session and sharing with other staff from the Trust to share experiences and share work and opportunities Able to share learning and support teaching with tutors support

Trainer Tim Kirkham was excellent informative and helpful.

Packed a lot into two days in an easy to understand way and gave good breaks to combat fatigue.
