Didn't use the course book much and a lot was skipped past. This could be better used and more appropriate. The reviewing a real report and letter was really useful alongside the conversation around it.

Course was very well presented. Would have preferred it to be face to face as some tech issues. Would also have liked some more relevant issues to recording from therapist point of view but may need to ask more questions from our managers.
