Really relevant to my role

This was a very engaging programme that I am going to be recommending to our management structures to be a mandator programme for all CAMHS staff as this is highly applicable to our service line.

Great course, great trainer

It was very helpful to have time to learn more about this very complex subject and to apply this learning in the discussions to our respective fields of work.

Very informative and enhanced my knowledge. Trainer was good at creating different scenarios to assist our understanding etc

Would have wished to have more concrete tools and theory.

Unfortunately I did not feel the course related to my job role. The second day was very legal heavy and based around experiences at court - to the point of discussing what we would call the highest person in different courts. The course is named Clinical Leadership Course, but feel that this information was missing. The facilitator was very informative and was always willing to answer questions, but a lot of her examples were lawyer based. The main aspect that i took from the course was to always remember 'human rights' - which is already a main part of my role

I found the first day of training applicable to my role. Second day of training was focused on the legal procedures, which were not applicable to my clinical role. Overall this course needs to be more relevant to Health Safeguarding Leads in clinical roles.
